Gantry3@box

Gantry3@box was designed from the beginning as a modular multi-functional device and multi-technology device, as a kit in a box, ready to be assembled at home or office/ shop floor, with the minimum parts to assembly and mount.

Mainly made from bended sheet metal parts, it has the following dimensions:

• Exterior dimensions: 1360x950x880 mm, without the support table
• Workspace dimensions: 820x540x240 mm

Machine axes are as follows:

• X axis, with 540mm range, supported by dual linear guide and actuated with the help of a ball-screw and Nema23 Motor
• Y axis, with a range of 820mm, with dual parallel linear guides, dual ball screw and dual Nema23 Motors
• Z axis, with a range of 240mm, supported by dual linear guide and actuated with the help of a ball-screw and Nema23 Motor

Gantry3@box has 3 sides with openings, just perfect for sliding long raw material or profiles

The back side of the Gantry3@box machine is fitted with an electrical cabinet, fitted with enough space for DIN rails, controllers, drivers, power source, safety and cooling elements.

On the Z axis, one can interchange different modules, for different technologies.
